I will be the first to admit, the photo does not do the cake any justice at all, infact I was reluctant to put the photo up, because it just doesn't look great. All the detail is lost and it just looks like a mound of sugar. Yes, there was a lot of delicious tasting sugars on this cake, but in real life, this looked like a very cool sand castle that everyone oooh'd and ahhh'd over, and it tasted amazing too.
So Happy 6th Birthday my sweet sweet girl, I hope this party was everything you imagined it to be.

it looks much cooler han you think it does. It seems to have the same texture that the sand on the beaches of Manitoba does, so its perfect. Great work - what a great idea. I never would have thot of something like that!
